1Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on k1177 or using any service provided through the platform — including sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino and any promotional offers — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use k1177.

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and k1177. They apply to all use of the platform regardless of how you access it — whether via a mobile browser, desktop browser or any application associated with k1177. Use of the platform is conditional on your continued acceptance of these terms.

2Account Registration

To access betting, casino games and other services on k1177, you must register an account. Each person is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. Providing false information at registration may result in account closure and the forfeiture of any balance held.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to register.
• You must register in your own name — accounts cannot be created on behalf of another person.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• k1177 may request documentation to verify your identity at any stage — including at registration, before a withdrawal or as part of a routine account review.
• If your personal details change after registration — for example, your contact number or bank account — you are responsible for updating your account information promptly.

3Age Verification

k1177 operates a strict 18+ policy. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. k1177 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point. Accepted documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or driving licence.

If an account is found to belong to a person under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made will be returned to the payment method used, minus any amounts already wagered. Winnings generated by an underage account will not be paid out under any circumstances.

4Deposits and Payments

All transactions on k1177 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and other approved mobile wallets. k1177 does not accept deposits from third parties — funds must come from a payment account registered in your own name.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within a few minutes. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and network conditions.
• k1177 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• k1177 reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits that appear suspicious or that originate from unverified payment sources.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds are returned to their verified source. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time requirement under normal circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe specified on the deposit and withdrawal page.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown at the time of requesting a withdrawal.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to additional withdrawal conditions — see Section 6 for bonus terms.
• k1177 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain amounts.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts where there are open fraud investigations or active bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been met.

6Bonuses and Promotions

k1177 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time — including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins and sports betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to any offer-specific rules.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from your real-money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are listed with each bonus offer.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account once the bonus expires.
• k1177 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, adjust terms or cancel a bonus where abuse is suspected.
• Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless specified otherwise in the offer terms.

7Betting Rules

Sports betting on k1177 covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, tennis, basketball, esports and other events as listed in the betting section. All bets are subject to the applicable sport-specific rules and the general betting rules outlined here.

• Bets are accepted up to the cut-off time for each event. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless the cash-out feature is available and exercised before the event ends.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted based on real-time odds. k1177 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting at any point during an event.
• For cricket markets: if a match is abandoned or not completed due to weather or other circumstances, bets will be settled according to the rules published for that specific market. Rain-reduced matches in T20 and ODI formats follow DLS method outcomes where applicable.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly mispriced due to a technical or human error — will be voided regardless of the outcome. k1177 will notify affected players and return stakes.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are shown before a bet is placed.
• Accumulator bets (parlays) are subject to the rules of each individual selection. If one leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining legs.

8Casino Games

Casino games on k1177 — including slots, live casino tables, table games and any other games in the game lobby — are provided for entertainment purposes. All games use certified random number generation or live dealing processes as applicable to the game type.

• Each game has a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage which represents the theoretical long-term payout rate. RTP figures are informational and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
• Game rules, payout tables and minimum/maximum bet amounts are displayed within each game before play begins.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round — for example, a disconnection — k1177 will attempt to complete and settle the round based on the last confirmed game state. If this is not possible, the wager for the interrupted round will be returned to your balance.
• k1177 does not accept liability for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules. Please review the rules of any game before wagering real money.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules and decisions of the dealer and game host. Once a result is confirmed on-screen, it is final.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on k1177. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bets and withholding of funds pending investigation.

• Bonus abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome offers, or using technical methods to circumvent bonus restrictions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Match fixing or insider information: Placing bets based on non-public information or in connection with any attempt to manipulate a sporting event.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts or any automated software to place bets or play casino games.
• Chargeback fraud: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after receiving the corresponding gaming value on k1177.
• Money laundering: Using k1177 in any way connected to the concealment or transfer of funds of illegal origin.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to access or use your k1177 account.

10Account Suspension and Closure

k1177 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• False or incomplete information was provided at registration or during verification.
• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 9 is identified or suspected.
• A self-exclusion or cooling-off request has been submitted by the account holder.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in k1177's inactive account policy.
• k1177 is required to do so to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, k1177 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance. Where closure is due to player request, the verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after all applicable checks are completed.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting k1177 support. This does not affect any pending bet settlements or active bonus wagering conditions that were already in progress at the time of the request.

11Responsible Gaming

k1177 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The platform includes several tools designed to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling period when increased.
• Session time reminders: Receive a notification after a set period of continuous play reminding you how long you have been active.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily pause your account for a period you choose — from 24 hours up to several weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Request a longer-term break from the platform. During self-exclusion, your account will not accept deposits or allow betting or casino play.

12Limitation of Liability

• k1177 is not liable for losses resulting from network outages, device failures or connection issues on the player's side.
• k1177 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's decision to place a bet or play a casino game — these are voluntary actions made by the player.
• In the event of a platform error that results in an incorrect game outcome or odds display, k1177 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. This is the limit of k1177's liability in such cases.
• k1177 is not responsible for any tax obligations that arise from winnings in the player's jurisdiction. Players are responsible for understanding and meeting their own tax obligations.

13Privacy and Data

k1177 collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform, verify accounts, process payments and comply with applicable obligations. The full details of what data is collected, how it is used and how it is protected are set out in the Privacy Policy.

By registering an account on k1177, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent or request deletion of your data by contacting k1177 support, subject to any retention obligations that apply.

k1177 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only as necessary with payment processors, identity verification providers and other essential service partners operating under appropriate data protection agreements.

14Changes to These Terms

k1177 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of k1177 after updated terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For significant changes — particularly those that affect how your funds are handled or how bets are settled — k1177 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details on file. However, it remains your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
